Nothing on this website creates a contractor-client relationship, service agreement, warranty, or obligation to perform work. A relationship begins only when the parties enter into an applicable written agreement.

3. Services, Estimate Requests, and Contracts

MVMD Services LLC provides flooring services that may include hardwood flooring, engineered wood, LVP, LVT, laminate flooring, VCT flooring, wood steps, Coretec steps, and floor remodeling. We do not offer ceramic tile installation.

Information submitted through the website is a request for contact or an estimate and is not an acceptance of a project. Pricing depends on an on-site evaluation that may consider the existing floor condition, removal requirements, materials, measurements, preparation, project complexity, and estimated installation time.

A project is accepted only when the parties approve the applicable written estimate or contract. The written project agreement controls if it conflicts with general information shown on the website or these website Terms.

4. Promotions and Special Offers

The website may advertise promotions, including a 10% discount. Availability and application of an offer may depend on project eligibility, service type, scope, timing, and the written estimate. Any applicable terms or limitations will be disclosed before the customer enters into a project agreement.

A promotion shown on the website does not require MVMD Services LLC to accept a project that falls outside our service area, schedule, capabilities, or service offerings.

Prices are not fixed by the website. All pricing is project-specific and is provided after evaluation of the work. The accepted estimate or written project agreement will state the applicable price, payment schedule, and other financial terms.

MVMD Services LLC currently accepts Zelle, Venmo, cash, and check. Credit card payments, financing, and installment plans are not currently offered unless MVMD expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

8. Scheduling and Project Conditions

Scheduling is subject to availability, material readiness, site access, and project conditions. Any projected start or completion date will be addressed in the applicable project agreement.

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area and disclosing known site conditions that may affect the project. Any change to the scope, material, price, or schedule should be documented in accordance with the applicable written agreement and law.

9. Installation Warranty

MVMD Services LLC offers a one-year warranty on installation workmanship. The applicable written estimate, contract, or warranty document may describe the coverage, start date, claim process, and project-specific conditions.

Information on the website is not an additional or separate warranty. Manufacturer warranties for flooring materials, when available, are provided by the applicable manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer's terms.

10. Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, including the MVMD Services LLC name, logo, branding, layout, graphics, written copy, and design elements, are owned by or licensed to MVMD Services LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
